Curriculum

Our approach

Children acquire knowledge best by pursuing their personal interests and goals — with adults who know how to prepare the environment.

HighScope methods

Students learning within HighScope settings are encouraged to make choices about materials and activities throughout the day. As they pursue their choices and plans, they explore, ask and answer questions, solve problems, and interact with classmates and teachers. In this kind of environment, students naturally engage in “key experiences” — activities that foster developmentally important skills and abilities.

Classroom structure

Our classrooms have been engineered with the safety and security of each child in mind. Each classroom is decorated to provide an ambience of comfort and relaxation, all to enable a child’s focus on learning.
